Rating a real estate company?
My friend’s moving out of town and he asked me to help him with a little research on the real estate that he’s planning to use.
So, I was wondering:
What would your opinion be on the real estate named “Meritage Homes”?
Is it a good real estate? A bad one?
What would you have to say about this real estate.
Oh, and please rate it on a scale of 1 to 5.

Why I’m doing this is because my friend told me that that previous real estate company he used had houses that were in poor quality.
Therefore, I’m asking this question to get some opinions from pass users of Meritage Homes.

I don’t understand the rest of your questions, how can I tell if the real estate is good or bad? by the name?
I would need to know where the real estate was located and probably some of the attributes of the area around where it would be located
